About 

Edina White Happiness coaching

I’m Edina, founder of Making Room for Happy, where I help people, especially new moms, create space for joy, balance, and fulfillment in everyday life. I teach practical strategies to help you slow down, savor the good moments, and truly enjoy the season you’re in.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. I’m the daughter of a mother who struggled with motherhood, and I’ve also experienced early motherhood myself. After reshaping my own relationship with it, I’ve found the happiest time of my life and gained a deep understanding of both the challenges and the beauty of this journey. I draw from my lived experience, a background in psychology and women’s studies, and my continued education as I begin my Master of Social Work at the University of South Florida in 2026.

Before coaching, I worked in mental health and research, supporting people in crisis, assisting survivors of trauma, and contributing to projects on emotional well-being and violence prevention. These experiences shaped my compassionate, practical approach to helping others build resilience, find balance, and enjoy more everyday joy.

 

Through Making Room for Happy, I bring together empathy, psychology, and lived experience to guide others toward peace, confidence, and everyday joy, because when you thrive, the people you love do too.
